Headwaters Search and Rescue K-9 (HSAR) is a non-profit volunteer organization that provides trained personnel and dogs to law enforcement agencies to assist in finding individuals who have become lost. HSAR teams have responded to law enforcement agency requests throughout the State of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. |
